Questions
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay or Alipay, through Luwu Pay. Prices are in US dollars.
Does it renew?
No. A plan runs for the month or year you paid for. You get a reminder 7 days and 1 day before it ends, and once more when it has ended. Buy again whenever you like; a new term starts when the current one ends. On app.luwu.dev/billing you can choose to renew for a month or a year: the payment link then comes with the 7-day reminder.
What happens when my plan ends?
The account goes back to Free. Your computers stay paired and keep working; you can't add more past the Free limit, new sessions follow the Free limit, and the desktop and files are off until you renew.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Buying a different plan ends the current one right away and credits its unused time onto the new one, scaled by price.
What is a terminal session?
A tmux session started through Luwu. Each session can have any number of windows. Sessions you start yourself on the computer don't count.
Can I get a refund?
If Luwu isn't working for you, write to hello@luwu.dev within 14 days of paying and we refund the unused time.
What is Enterprise?
Luwu's server software running on your own machines: accounts, sign-in with your identity provider, an audit log of every session and file transfer, and admin controls to block people, devices or addresses. Phones reach your computers through Luwu's relays or relays you run. It comes with a license per seat per year. Read about Enterprise or write to hello@luwu.dev.
